TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION AND THE INTERCHANGE OF INFORMATION, IDEAS, AND EXPRESSION OF VIEWS REGARDING TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ICT IN THE PACIFIC AREA.

To provide, maintain and expand regulated local telephone, cable tv and high-speed internet services for the benefit of the members of the cooperative.

To provide access to and serve as a repository for city and county government proceedings, Use and train on the use of various media, including television and the internet, to enable local community members to speak and act on behalf of their communities as well as create and distribute programs that promote, educate and celebrate individual expression, local achievements, education, cultural exchange, arts appreciation and civic engagement.

The purpose of the Association shall be to promote the welfare of its members, to promote the use and development of telephone service and communication services, and to promote uniform and efficient methods of accounting, engineering, construction management and operations among telephone utilities.
