IT ALSO ASSUMES THE ROLES OF SCIENTIFIC LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY ON THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BASIS AND PROVIDES SERVICES TO THE RESEARCH COMMUNITY SUCH AS VISITOR PROGRAMS, THE DISSEMINATION OF SCIENTIFIC DATA, COMPUTING, RADAR AND AIRCRAFT FACILITIES AND FOSTERING NEW AND IMPROVED RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE ACADEMIC RESEARCH COMMUNITY AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR.

THE PRIMARY TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FURTHER HUMAN SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING KNOWLEDGE IN A BROAD ARRAY OF AEROSPACE RELATED DISCIPLINES THROUGH INVESTIGATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL RESEARCH; TO BUILD OHIO'S AEROSPACE ECONOMY THROUGH RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND COLLABORATION AND INFORMATION EXCHANGE. TO CONDUCT BASIC RESEARCH ON THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PHYSIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS AND THE STRESSES IMPOSED BY THE MODERN ENVIRONMENT WITH THE GOAL OF OPTIMIZING THESE INTERACTIONS TO IMPROVE HUMAN HEALTH AND COMFORT.

TO BUILD INNOVATIVE SCIENCE LABS IN URBAN SCHOOLS. TO ACCOMPLISH ITSMISSION, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS ITS GREENHOUSE PROJECT INITIATIVE,WHICH USES HYDROPONIC FARMING TECHNOLOGY TO EDUCATE STUDENTS ANDTEACHERS ABOUT THE SCIENCE OF SUSTAINABILITY.

The NDSU Research and Technology Park operates to enhance the investments in North Dakota State University by the citizens of North Dakota. Through partnerships with international, national and regional centers of excellence, high technology-based businesses, and the research community at NDSU, the Research and Technology Park will achieve successful technology based development and broaden the economic base of North Dakota.Scientific and technological advancement will be promoted through the development of facilities and research centers conducive to cutting edge research.
