THE ALBANY COUNTY LAND BANK FACILITATES THE PROCESS OF ACQUIRING, IMPROVING AND REDISTRIBUTING VACANT AND ABANDONED PROPERTIES TO ELIMINATE THE HARMS AND LIABILITIES CAUSED BY SUCH PROPERTIES AND RETURN THEM TO PRODUCTIVE USE, WHILE BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE MUNICIPALITY'S REDEVELOPMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE PLANS.

The organization serves young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. To address isolation and loneliness, it provides both in-person and virtual events to enable community and friendships. To promote independence, the organization has built a smart home for these young adults and is expanding the program through an expansion of this facility and by consulting and helping others to build similar facilities in their local community. The organization also enables self reliance and independence by providing assistive technology and smart home set-up for those young adults still living at home.

TO PROMOTE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION THROUGH THE CREATION OF SUSTAINABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO CAPITAL AND EDUCATION IN UNDERSERVED MAHONING VALLEY COMMUNITIES.

TO ASSIST IN REVITALIZATION, RESTORATION, AND RESTORING HOUSING IN THE GARDEN CITY, GA COMMUNITY.

To provide home repair services for those in need.

To enhance the quality of life for residents of Upstate New York from the neighborhood to regional level. To provide housing solutions for people and neighborhoods to build vibrant communities.
